SB 721 Inspection
Who do you trust performing an inspection on your property?
EEE Consulting’s position is that SB 721, codified through CA Health & Safety Code § 17973, is fundamentally about health, safety & code compliance. EEE Consulting’s International Code Council (ICC) certified CA Building Inspector, has extensively trained interpreting CA Building Standards Code. Seeing many issues that could have been avoided from the beginning through our background in construction managing large, complex apartment EEE repairs, we are able to provide clients with practical, cost effective advice.
EEE Consulting provides apartment owners tailored SB 721 inspections to your unique property. If you gave someone a code book, say ‘Title 24, California Buildings Standards Code’ and they couldn’t interpret it, do you trust them to tell you the correct details of the code and how it affects your building/s? Minor details carry major weight.

Advisory Solutions for Apartment Owners
Are you curious and/or upset about a SB 721 inspection report you received from your architect, engineer or contractor and/or unclear on the repair requirement to comply with this CA law?
Call us in as your Advisor for a 2nd opinion to ensure you are not doing unnecessary, extra repairs, all while complying with the California Health & Safety Code §17973. Most inspection reports are generalized and don’t suggest specific techniques to save you money. Starting from the manner in which you decide to demo, whether it’s for destructive testing or repairs, EEE Consulting can advise you on minimizing your repair scope and not spending/saving thousands of dollars per exterior elevated element (EEE).
Look to stop your wallet from bleeding. Has your architect, engineer or contractor provided you a broad inspection report and/or repair solution and one not tailored specifically for the city of jurisdiction, location of your property and building? Are they aware which cities will allow you to keep existing materials and which cities will require upgrades to current code?
Ignorance is not bliss when it relates to health, safety, code compliance & your wallet.
